CANCELLATION

Cancellation before shipping: If the order or the items that you want to cancel have not been shipped, you can cancel the order online or by sending us an email on austraders2020@gmail.com In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money paid by you will be refunded. In case of unshipped orders, the refund will be done within 7 days of the return request.

Cancellation post shipping: If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our helpline at +918319965304 or via email on austraders2020@gmail.com and request not to accept the delivery of the order. Once the order is received back by us, we shall initiate the refund within 3-7 business days. Refunds will be issued for the price of the product only, shipping fees are not refunded.
